Search queries
Names, places, or other terms entered into a search box are transmitted to the third-party provider that runs the tool. Levy County Recent Arrests does not keep those query terms in its own database. The provider may process the query under its separate policy, so review that policy before submitting sensitive details.
Messages
Information sent by email or through a contact form is retained for as long as reasonably needed to understand and answer the message. We do not disclose that correspondence outside the organization except when a valid legal obligation requires it.
Data Collected During a Visit

These rights concern information held by this private site, not a public record maintained by LCSO, the Clerk, or another Florida agency.
